Good day, Your winter catalogue, stock available from the 25th. I had been to you Fourways Crossing, Woodmead and Sandton branches looking for the duvet set on your page entitled "Your Quiet Time". On enquiry to your staff I was told they hadnt seen it so it couldnt've been delievered yet, "I must come back again, maybe a weeks time, they dont know."
Now THAT is great service! You've never heard of the concept of taking the clients details down and when the stock has been delivered, you maybe say call them and inform them??? Its not a new concept you know, I've experienced it from a few retails stores before. Maybe you should try it... its called REALLY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN YOU ARE AT FAULT FOR LATE DELIVERY OF STOCK AS ADVERTISED, trying to amend your error in assisting YOUR clients instead of making them waste the petrol (which you clearly have enough of) and time in having them drive to your stores every week or so and check IF the item has arrived.
Note to self: make as much effort to purchase from you again as you have taken to retain me as a customer...
