I had a lovely experience at your stores today... 1st u have no stock in the original store, then I go look for the item at 3 of ur other stores & they also don't have stock so u go back to the original store to see if u can get a good deal on the display item which is scratched half abused item still on display which takes a manager 30min to tell u his can only give u R200 off that item which u rather then wait for new item. So you decide to choose something else only to find that this is also out of stock then you decide. Right so 3rd attempt u will then take a new item as its on display and u won't believe it NO STOCK only the display .. so now frustrated i ask for a manager once again "Mpho" so still waiting .. no one comes .. so i ask one of the other salesmen what's happening .. to my disgust the salesman tells me my original salesman went on lunch... i you not. so the salesman tried to get hold of "Mpho" and can't so gets hold of some one else .. so waiting i decide i have waited long enough and went to the front desk for customer service... you wont believe it... no one there either... asked security and he then called the lady.
