I logged a query on the Clicks website (04/03/2013) after having looked for an advertised item in store during the prior week. I had been to no less than 3 stores (Musgrave, La Lucia and Gateway). I received a reply apologising for the inconvenience and was reminded that not all stores carry the product and was advised to call (in bold and underline - the only thing they left out was FULL CAPS) the helpline to find out which stores carried the item. When I did call, the lady I spoke to advised me of two stores that had stock of the item. I have now visited FOUR stores (Windermere in addition to the aforementioned) and each time I have seen a "regret, no stock" sticker in each of the stores. Why advertise an item if it's not going to be stocked for the duration of the promotion?
