I recently went to fill a script at the Dischem in Claremont, Cape Town. The pharmacist who assisted me was a very helpful guy by the name of Sven Petersen.
Upon realising that the prescribed medication was out of stock, he suggested that he order more and call me to confirm when it would be ready for collection. The next day he rang, with feedback from no less than 3 other Dischem stores and the store I had originally purchased from in Joburg (all out of stock). He offered a substitution product over the phone, processed the medical aid claim immediately and told me the meds were ready for collection.
Way to go Sven!
