I recently registered for Discovery Chronic Care and received and email from Discovery stating "Collect the ChroniCare loyalty cards for members as well as the gift bag for the person on the Chronic Illness Benefit at your chosen Dis-Chem store. Take your medical scheme membership card, any current Dis-Chem loyalty card and identity document with you: I did exactly that and was rudely told that if I did not receive an sms from "them" she can't help. I then got an SMs from "them" who turned out to be dis-chem which stated " your Discovery Goodie Bag is ready for collection at Dis-chem Centurion. So for the second time I trek to dis-chem to collect the stuff "ready for collection' only to be told this time that those ready to collect stuff is out of stock. Dischem think we have time to come again and again to waste your time for nothing. You are simply to big to care a about customers.
