TO WHOM THIS MAY CONCERN

I was recently diagnosed with a chronic illness.

Since being new to this (claiming for prescription meds)

When I need my top up of my monthly meds,
I went to dischem HEAZEL DEAN PRETORIA EAST to get it.

Upon my arrival getting my meds, dischem was out of stock.
And they asked me if they can give me what they have?

I replied yes, (not knowing that once you claim on DISCOVERY,
THAT A CLAIM IS A CLAIM EVEN IF IT WAS NOT FOR THE FULL PRESCRIPTION)

So now im sitting with DISCOVERY on one hand not wanting to assist me with claiming again (WITHOUT HAVING TO PAY IN FULL AMOUNT)

And DISCHEM on the other hand not being able to reverse my claim and supply me with my outstanding meds
(OR HELPING ME RIGHT FROM THE START TO CLAIM CORRECTLY)

Iv been struggeling for days to sort it out,

Im on the last of my meds maybe two days if im lucky, HOPE I DON'T DIE.
