I went to get my script at Dischem Verdi yesterday and paid R880 in cash telling the pharmacist I did not want it to go through to Medical Aid.
She agreed and I paid cash for the medication. This morning I get a statement from Bankmed saying that Dischem has submitted the claim for R880 and they will be paying them today.
Of course DISCHEM has made a huge error and the amount is not small. What an incomptent PHARMACIST and now i have to go all the way back there to sort out this claim. TIME IS ALSO MONEY!!!
