I have been forced to use the MedXpress system for the purchase & delivery of my chronic meds this year. I'm halfway thru my 6 month repeat & Discovery is demanding the original script! Had to get it from the pharmacy to send to them. When I called the Discovery MedXpress call centre, the person capturing my script on the phone with me wasn't even a pharmacist & she kept on getting everything wrong & was so slow (even though she had the script in front of her). I got worried that they would get the order wrong. There was then a problem with the script & she said she would phone me back in 10 minutes after consulting with their pharmacist. 1 hour passed: nothing. Only after sending an email did I get a phone call back to say they couldn't fill my script (when Dischem had been filling it for the past few months). No worries, I'll continue using Dischem. I don't want to risk my life with the wrong meds...
