The store in under renovation, therefore i understand that everything is being moved around. However, the staff are using all the trolleys to move their stock for shelving purposes. There are no trolleys for the customers. There are special stock trolleys that are available for staff or if not, then the store management should make adequate provision for such, ESPECIALLY IN BUSY PERIOD LIKE WEEKENDS.The department managers seemed unconcerned and continue with their tasks. The store is losing out on sales because of this. I needed to purchase some electronic kitchen devices, but opted out, as i was unable to "carry" all my purchases by hand. Furthermore the store is so chaotic and the store manager is nowhere to be seen, or not even any supervisors taking control. Its absolutely annoying to shop in such an environment especially when they seems to be no regard for customers.
