The Baby City at the Pavilion is very disorganised. There are limited trolleys and baskets and often we have to use the other stores trolleys eg Game and Checkers in Baby City. Then the isles are so small it is difficult to push a hugh trolley and pass other shoppers.
There is always long queues as there are only 2 tills out of 3 that was working. This is a busy store and I always find it diificult to understand why there are only 3 tills. It if difficult to stand in a long queue with a little child that then becomes restless.
Then theres always a delay when exiting as the security guard now wants to check each packet and the till slip after witnessing that we paid at the till. Baby City feels that all their customers are shop lifters. Its so irritating as this guard wastes time tyring to match the goods according to the till slip and when they finally giveup, then you will be released out of the store.
After that they dont allow the trolleys out the store!!! We must now find another store trolley to load our goods.
THIS STORE NEEDS SOME URGENT ATTENTION- MAYBE THEY NEED SOME COMPETITION AND LEARNING FROM OTHER STORES.
