On 27/04 I went to game with the intention of purchasing a gas heater. Whilst in the parking area i found a game trolley, put my 3 year old in it & pushed it to the store. At the store i realised that the heater that i wanted was not in stock since the special was up until a specific date in may i would come back. I then walked out the door with my daugther still in the trolley when the security stopped me and advised me that I could not take the trolley out of the store if i had not bought anything in the shop. I could not believe my ears. firstly i found the trolley in the parking and not in the shop and secondly i had never heard of anything like this from any other retail outlet in eastgate ever. I asked to speak to the store manager & he was not there. I asked for a 2nd in charge & no one was there to assist me.i was livid and created a scene, i fought with the poor security as no manager was around. I was embarrassed and upset. I am very upset at game eastgates manager and rules. You must please put clear signs on your trolleys in the parking lot that we should beware when taking your trolleys. Don't think that i want to shop at your store again. Utterly Disgusted.
