ONLINE ORDER

I ordered Woolworths Sweet Chilli Sauce on 6th November. Delivery was scheduled for the 7th November.
At time of processing the order/placing the order there was no indication that there were issues with stock.
About midday on 7th November someone from Woolworths called stating there was stock shortage. Indicated to him that my order was place and there was "no out of stock" banner at the time I placed the order.
IS THIS A CONTRAVENTION OF THE PROVISIONS OF THE CPA??
Told me they would try to get the stock and revert to me. Have not heard from they since. Tried calling the call centre a couple of times - no answer. No response to email sent.
