I have now been to this store on 2 occasions, but I've stopped going there, but now my mother has the same complaint. You are for some reason not allowed to take the trolleys out of the store (Manly because your staff are to lazy to go and fetch them again). So what happens, all the clients walk around in the store with trolleys from other stores, or get told to go and fetch one from other stores as you are allowed a Mr Price Trolley, but not allowed to leave the store with it. Where in you right mind do they come up with this, so if I buy (And this happened), lamps, shades pillows and so on that actually fill 2 trolleys, I am forced to unpack it all and carry it to the car? Please resolve this matter as I know for a fact a few people are starting to get fed up with this branch and while you are busy please resolve the spacing between the shelves, you cant fit a trolley between them halve the time!
