The trolleys and baskets at Checkers N1 City are ALWAYS FILTHY!!! They supply sanitary wipes that I suspect they want customers to use to clean their baskets and trolleys... these are intended to wipe the handles!!! Why not only get one or two of your packing staff to clean baskets and trolleys continously by simply wiping them out... this should not cost you too much... AND IT'S THE SMALL THINGS THAT COUNT. Learn from your competitors... WOLLIES TROLLEYS ARE ALWAYS CLEAN!!!...I personally fetch a trolley at Woolies before shopping anything from your store, the alternative is to carry my groceries in my hands!! HOPE YOU GUYS CATCH A WAKE UP... your prices are decent, so I will continue shopping at your stores... but rest assured, I will lambast you on social media until you get your act together. And while you at it, address the situation at Century City as well...
