This morning I went to Chris Hani Mall in Vosloorus to do some shopping. I first went into Pick N Pay and came out with a trolley.
We then decided to head to Mr Price with a trolley FULL of GROCERIES. At the door of the store the security guard turned us away telling us that trolleys are not allowed in the store. I then asked to leave it at the door as this was what I usually did with the trolley. The security guard then refused telling me that we can't enter the store.
We then decided that one of us was to go in and the other stay at the entrance. When standing outside the security guard turned away another 3 customers with trolleys. The last lady was with her kid (5/years) asked to the go in quickly. The guard told her to leave her trolley outside the store with her daughter. Where is the safety in that.
This store is turning away paying customers because we have trolleys. Never have I heard of this "RULE". Me and other customers were inconvenienced and had to now drive to another just because of the trolley... :-(
The store should make alternatives for this!!!
