I was retrenched and informed Game of my situation and requested their assistance in claiming the insurance held on the account. After several attempts to hand in the documentation and having been told each time that more documentation was required or that the documents now needed to be certified or that a small payment needed to be made, no action has been taken. 3 months later it is now told to me that I must first pay the full outstanding amount before my claim can be processed, which I am unable to do. Therefore they have handed me over to the lawyers. Do not waste your time and money at Game if they can not assist you when you need them for a service you spend your money on monthly.
