Hello Peter

Im a frustrated Customer! i made a TV purchase from Game Store-Umhlanga Gateway branch last year using my GAme RCS card and unfortunately there was a house break in 3 weeks ago at my house and then our big screen TV was and case reported to the Police. I now need to claim from our Insurance company and i have been requesting Game to do a replacement Quote based on the TV. Im now told that they cannot trace any transaction of sale made on my Game card. Hows that possible really? If thats the case then why is Game sending me monthy statements for payment? its been over two weeks now and i'm still stuck up on the same problem. If game cannot furnish me with the required documents for my claim, where do they expect me to get it from?
