Failure To Resolve Problems

In Sept 2011, I was retrenched. Being a good customer, I informed Game and also claimed the insurance to pay my accounts. All went well.
In Jun 2012, I got employed. I went to Game to reactivate my account. I was taken from pillar to post, being pushed from dept to dept. I brought all documents required and they kept being faxed but I kept being told "your account has been frozen".
My account is up to date, but I still make payments and keep getting statements to an account I can't use.
One time I was told that the Finance Dept does not work on weekends, and the other time I was told the Finance Dept closed at 16h00 in weekdays.
On 07/03/13 at 15h38, my proof of payment letter was faxed to 0215974767.
On 25/07/13 at 10h20, I spoke to Pamela from the call center, after Sibulelo (4490916 I think that was the number she quoted before continuing) phoned from inside the store. Pamela asked that I fax the documents again.
All I can say now is that I'm fed up with this running around that Game has given me. They must reactivate my account or deactivate it for good.
