I purchased four R50 Cell C vouchers yesterday (2013/11/07) via Edgars Mobile. I never received the sms''s containing the recharge voucher. I phoned call centre who told me that they will resend the sms's. I never received anything. The person who helped me then said he will speak to the technicians to see if there's a problem with the network. I never received anything. This morning I purchased another R50 voucher and also never received the sms. I am now waiting for five sms's. I spoke to the call centre again who told me that they will resend the messages. I haven't received a thing. I have used this service many times before without any problems but now I am very disappointed - what's the use of getting airtime days after purchasing. Please send me the airtime or reverse the transactions.
