Last week I applied for a Store card and yesterday received a called from Yusri Abrahams. WOW! I am highly impressed with the service level of this young man. I have never seen or encountered such efficiency and friendliness when dealing with a call centre... He seemed so passionate about what he does and that sure is rare! I will definitely encourage my family and friends to apply for store cards. Yusri sure deserve some form of reward for his professionalism and efficiency.
