I do not have an account with Game

Game has been deducting money from my account for the past two months and I do not have an account with them. Someone from Game/RCS called me in November 2013 to alert me that it looks like someone has opened a Game/RCS using my details. I was then asked to go make an affidavit at the police station and send it to the nearest game together with a copy of my ID. I only submitted the requested documents in mid January when I realize that money was deducted from my account. I went to my bank to reverse the payment and paid a fee for that. Now I see that money has been deducted from my account again even though I have submitted the requested documents. Can someone please sort this out because this is inconveniencing me and costing me money every time I have to go to the bank to reverse the payment and pay a fee for that.
