I was retrenched and informed Edgars of my situation and requested their assistance in claiming the insurance held on the account. After several attempts to hand in the documentation and having been told each time that more documentation was required or that the documents now needed to be certified, no action has been taken. 3 months later it is now told to me that I must first pay the full outstanding amount before my claim can be processed, which I am unable to do. Therefore they wish to hand me over to the lawyers. Do not waste your time and money at such a store if they can not assist you when you need them for a service you spend your money on monthly.
