MADE TO WAIT 25 MIN FOR REFUND!!

Once again, PNP staffs attitude has been disgusting! I went to this branch yesterday, and got the PNP microwave popcorn and romany creams that are on special. When they were rung up at the till, I noticed that the price was R11.99, and after we swiped my loyalty card, the teller said the deductions were made for the popcorn, so I paid. When I got my slip, I saw that it had only deducted for the Creams. The supervisor, Karen was at the till and when she heard this, SHE WALKED AWAY AND DID OTHER THINGS, leaving us waiting for her. When I found her I asked if she had forgotten me, then she got rude and said I hadnt used my card, which I pointed it I had-it took off for the biscuits. The she GOT VERY RUDE AND STARTED SHOUTING AT ME DEMANDING I PROVE TO HER that it was the right product! She left AGAIN and made me wait ANOTHER 15 MINUTES-TOTAL 25 MIN-and did other things, before she refunded me my money. RUDE AND DISGUSTING BEHAVIUOR AS USUAL FROM PNP STAFF. Why should I be embarrassed by her, or have to prove its the right product, in front of staff and other customers, and made to wait 25 Min because of PNPs wrong pricing?!
