Bad Services twice in a row

My Girlfriend, two friends and I went to watch a movie on the 3rd of Aug at 2pm.

1st we get to the front of the line at the ticket counter and they tell us they dont take cash we must wait in the popcorn que to buy tickets, when 2 weeks before that we were told that the ticket counter is cash only and had to help ourselves at the card self services machine. We eventually get to the front of the popcorn que and tickets are sold out for 2pm show, so we buy for 5pm show.

We get back at 4:45pm to get popcorn, my girlfriend orders a Mega special with large popcorn, they tell us they dont have large popcorn boxs and must choose something else. Now I have had it 3 times in one day terrible service, disgusting attitude by staff, bad customer service and they cant even compromise for a large popcorn?

Really? who teaches these people customer service? No one by the looks of it. Shocking. Never going back.
I will rather go to Nu Metro from now on.
