About two weeks ago I went to Pick 'n Pay in Gardens Centre. I kept my till slip and a few days later while I was doing my budget I noticed that an item was rung up twice. So i went back to the store. While standing in line the exremely grumpy woman handling the customer returns, etc till told a very old man "man go away I've already helped you". When I went up to her she just grabbed my slip and stormed off then came back with someone else 5 min later who never even looked at me, just said what item, what happened, They treated me like I was trying to their R20 item!

Then yesterday I went shopping again. The total came to just over R800. When the woman swiped my card she said the card machine doesn't work but she is not going to put it off and on, I have to pay on the Nedbank machine but then I won't be getting a till slip. I refused because why can't I get a till slip? It makes no sense. These women weren't even wearing uniforms either and didn't know how the card machines worked. My boyfriend eventually paid on the machine and got no slip because I would have left everything and gone to Checkers. The staff and service at Gardens Pick 'n Pay are a joke.
