Acc restructure

Before lounge suit was deliverd I was advice by previous BM that my acc will be restructure because I have been waithing for years for them to exchange head office even called me and cornfirm .I have been calling its recorded and I am like a stupid cause every one is telling me other wise I'm sick off this .I was promise that I have to pay my acc while they busy finalise this problem, have send many emails and no respons, Ref nr 0006365290582433275 there is so many ref nr, I give up hope .
