Poor service and a bad attitude

I took my 2 children and a friend to go see Despicable Me 2, yesterday (11/7/2013). We stood in the que for quite some time before Lizzy L Kgole opened a second till and started assisting us. At this stage more and more people started queuing so a third till opened as well. I booked our seats and Lizzy asked me if we would like some refreshments. I said to her that I will pay the seats with my debit card and the kids will pay for their snacks with cash. But when we returned to the till after doing the debit card transaction, Lizzy said that I must now wait for the next till to buy refreshments. I told her that I was not going to wait in que again while she was already busy assisting me and she told me that she was just doing the seat bookings and does not assist with the snacks. When I reminded her that she already asked me what we would like for snacks she just gave me a rude look, ignored me and started to call for the next customers. I was left at the counter, standing between the two stations and had to wait for the third assistant to finish up with her customers before she could assist me further. This behavior was totally uncalled for and left me embarrassed and angry.
