Was at the "new" KFC branch on Saturday evening (26 October - about 21:00). There was a row (10 - 15) of people at any time. There is only one person helping at the front desk. The whole environment seemed as if the employees did not want to be there and this attitude was transferred to the customers. We ordered 6 ice-creams.
Then, the cherry on top was when a guy who parked in the disabled parking in front of the store. Walked in, bypassed the queue and while they were busy with our order had them stop with our ice-cream order and had them make him 2 ice-creams first. He then took his ice-creams and proceeded to go sit in his car and eat the ice-cream with his son? I did not even see him pay... nice.
Our ice-creams where then half- and halfheartedly made and given to us.
Now I understand why we warned about going to the "new" KFC.
