DISGUSTING SERVICE

I think your service at Karaglen Edenglen branch is disgusting. The staff there are rude and have no manners. When you wait in the que the staff have conversations with each other shouting over everyone. I just found the service very bad. Especially one lady by the name of Bonny. She has no clue what's going on. She was helping a man who was asking if he could transfer money to an account in Namibia and every question he tried asking she had to ask someone else and then told him to go que again and wait for another teller. I'm sorry but that's not how you treat customers!!!
