I am absolutely disgusted by the way I was treated on a telephone call earlier today by an agent named Kelly.

And to be called six times a day is ridiculous and this is during my working hours.

I had informed this agent that I will be closing my account due to the call cutting when I do come into contact with the agents. This "Kelly" then accuses me of hanging up the telephone which is absolute bull! I had then advised her that I will be closing my account due to this pathetic and annoying service and instead of trying to retain a regular customer of Identity she asks me for a date for when I will be making a payment and closing my account. Clearly there is no customer service or loyalty on your end and to be treated like someone that has not been paying their account at all is disgusting. After this interaction I am glad that I will be closing my account because you clearly do not need my business.
