Received a letter that Edgars will be closing my account due to Absa taking over their credit because they were unable to verify my details. No phone call just a plain simple letter! How is that for customer service.
So you people are now closing accounts of loyal customers. Good to know that Edgars can afford that. You dont have to close my account, I will do it myself today.
