Closing my VAF account

I have been receiving terrible customer services from consultant at Standard Bank VAF. I have spoken to 3/4 consultant whom to date have not been able to help, and have. 1 of them Fanie (account closing depart) gave me incorrect details delaying the process to close my account which could result to 2 banks deducting my monthly car instalment this month. My account was supposed to be closed on Monday 9/12/213 and it still has not been closed. I am highly disappointed in the way Standard is dealing with closing of my VAF account. I have called them countless time, in some occasions holding for long wasting my time and airtime. Can someone please ensure that my account is closed today as all amounts required to close the account have been paid, and VAF has to refund me the amount due to me.
