I went to Edgars to reopen my account with them, the lady at the store was really (thank you Phumzile Vilakazi - Eastgate) but the agent on the phone treated me really bad. i am soo furious.
Summary of what happened:
1. She was really rude, she wanted to get department of where i worked and cut me while i was still explaining instead of acknowledging that she now has the info and will be placing me on hold again.
2. She became extremely rude when i told her of my requirement on the account :
- I asked her to add classic club membership onto the account and she said it will take 6 months, i then asked her to explain and she said i should know since i asked for the membership! (Please please listen to the recording)
3. Towards the end of the call i wanted to tell her that i was not happy with the service and she hung up on me while i was still talking!
Please please listen to the recording and tell me if i am being unreasonable.
I need this to be attended to, i demand an apology or i will be closing my account.
The call was around 11:45 (15/08/2013).
I will be closing the account if I do not get feedback - I feels so disrespected.
