Around 12 o clock yesterday afternoon a lady phoned me about my identity account, after I had asked her from where she's phoning, she shouted Identity ...! After recovering from this shock, she told me I promised i would pay the 25th, and I didnt, WHATS MY EXCUSE! After telling her i did made the payment on Saturday morning, she told me i was lying... I MEAN SERIOUSLY?? HOW OLD ARE WE? After i told her to call the shop and ask them she told me no... After that... I couldn't keep calm anymore! I am so dissapointed with this, i am even considering closing my account! This was absolutely the most redicilous thing ever!!!
