I have just received a letter from Edgars to tell me that my account will be closing in January due to insufficient information. I phoned the call centre and spoke to Abraham, who informed me that he is sorr;y but they do not have my info. I have had my account for 30 years and now I get told that you do not have my info. What info would you need as you have my address, phone number and email address. I will be closing my account with Edgars as I do not need this type of service.
