Stinking attitude

I haven't been able to pay my Identity account for two consecutive months due to personal financial issues. So yesterday I get a call from one of your rude consultants who told me that her manager said she must call me because I have been not paying my account. I tell her that I sent an email to customer service via the Identity website and she says "They will ignore your email because now your account is in Cape Town because you havent been paying and Identity does not want unpaying customers." After telling her that I will not be able to pay it, she asks: "Do you not care about your account? " Like what is this?! A threat? She then goes to say " Don't tell me that you are not working because I know you are." If this isn't bad attitude I don't know what is. Im going to close this account before the year ends. Once that is done, remove me from ALL your databases.
