Good Day

Am an unhappy customer in all respect I do not how Jay Jays operate at all, I was at your store in Vanderbjilpark _ Vaal Mall Store on the 25/10/2013 to purchase some clothing and then your swipe machine declined my card, the shop assistant asked me to go withdraw the money at an ATM since it declined, as I did coming back from the ATM i received an updated on my emails from my Bank (Standard Bank) stating that I have made payment to Jay Jay's. I showed the Manager the message and she told me that the money will be reversed on my account again, this is after me paying with hard cash. Awaiting payment to happen it didn't happen and yesterday so then I As the Customer was requested to come with my Bank statement I did that and today I did a follow up on the matter, since they had promised to call me back, thinking it will be escalated and one of the Assistant Manager tells me i should LOG a CALL on Gyjima (this is Sarah Assitant MANAGER) This is Standard Banks Customer care line, I don't get how i am supposed to call help desk on the stores matter.i have no hope that this matter will be resolved for all I see is word exchanging between me and the mangers that is going no
