BOYCOTTING EDGARS STORES

I have an account at Edgars and haven't purchased there in a while. Normally when I buy clothing at a store, I purchase on my account and then settle the account in full at the end of the month. This morning I went into Edgars in the Mall@Reds to purchase some articles of clothing. I was at the till operator about to pay and then advised the till operator that there was another item of clothing that I wanted. On coming back to the till operator, she told me that there was a hold on my card and that I should go to the Customers Services office. I went to the customer services office and the person there confirmed that there was a hold on my card - the code "L" but she didn't know what it meant. The assistant store manager was useless and when I asked to speak to the store manager, he told me that the store manager was not available. I have been an excellent customer of Edgars but in the future, I intend to boycott all Edgars stores will never purchase from them again. In addition, I will tell all my family, friends and colleagues about my unhappy experience. Edgars need to really get their act together.
