Urgent settlement letter not received

I called in at the foschini customer service to request for a settlement letter which i had stateted it was urgent. I went through to an agent who advised that it was 5 working days so i advised that was too long a time kto wait for a letter which i needed urgently, he then advised that he would mark as urgent. The following day when i checked my email there was nothing, so i later on called to confirm what was happening so the consultant advised it was 48hours (mind you i was initially told 5 days) so that conslutant also said it was gonna be marked as urgent. I have requetsed letters from all my debtors as i am doing a consolitdation and Foschini was the only one that took this long. This is Now really holding me back, foschini calls at 21h00 at night if u are in arrears but now when im ready to pay in full nobody is willing to assist. This is really delaying the process. I need urgent assitance ASAP
