I went to the Standard Bank ATM during my lunch hour at East Gate mall in Bedfordview gauteng and the ATM gave me torn money!!! I got half a R20!!! What am I supposed to do with that!! When I went to the front desk and the manager came forward to help, she told me I am lying the ATM did not give me half a R20! Are you kidding me!! I am lying!! Because I have all the time in the world to go to management and lie. The manager would not assist me in anyway. Not to mention that two weeks prior to this my debit card would not work at a clicks store in Meyersdal and kept saying declined, I then had to go to the atm to draw the cash and come back and pay for the goods cash, but when I went online and checked my bank statements, STANDARD BANK had deducted money from my account on both the so called "DECLINED" swipes on my card. SO all in all STANDARD BANK has now officially R250 from me this month! who else are they from? I am not impressed at all and no one at standard bank are prepared to help because they are the most useless bunch I have ever met! Clearly you dont need a education to work there all you need is a bad attitude and you qualify to be a standard bank employee
