Not happy by the way the manager handled my matte

I went to Debonairs Eastgate last Saturday (16-03-2013) to buy a pizza, i swiped my card, the card declined on their speed point but i instantly received an sms showing that the money has been deducted from my bank account, they told me it will be reversed and asked me to swipe again, this time now using the Steers resturant's speed point, the card didn't decline and i again received an sms showing another deduction from my bank account and i asked the manager whats gonna happen now since the money was deducted twice so he said i must come back on Monday with my bank statement if the money is not reversed so that they can refund me, Monday (18-03-2013) i went there with my bank statement showing that the cash went to the Debonairs account, the very same manager "shaik" ( an Indian guy) who i spoke to on Saturday changed the story saying he cant refund me, he just spoke to their bank and the money is not with them so he wont be able to refund me, I feel that the guy is a because he went to the back together with the Steers manager and spoke to the bank there so i just wanna know where did my money go then?
