I want my money!!!

25 May 2013 (Saturday), That evening my girlfriend and I were shopping for a new handset and most of the stores were closed we opted to Legit and we selected a blackberry and proceeded to make payment using my Capitec Debit card and initially it declined and on second attemp the display on the speedpoint reflected approved however the Cashier who also happens to be Assistant manager stated that she didnt get any confirmation of payment her side (which is generally that invoice that pops out the machine), I then quickly ran to the Atm to verify this but as suspented the funds were deducted, went back to store where we called capitec to find out what happen and the funds were pending and awaiting reciept by their acc which was ridiculous as i left without my phone or money... 27 May 2013 got to Capitec as soon as i could got my statement and they also mentioned that the payment had cleared, I then called that same legit store assuming they could now confirm reciept but no Tears could not give me feedback as she simply escalated the matter, I then demanded to speak to someone who I could speak for answers as i was in desperate need of the funds...
Still dont have my funds!!!
