Saswitch query still not resolved

On the 25th Jan 2014, my standard bank cheque card declined at Checkers Centurion, along with many, other standard bank card holders. We were then advised to go withdraw at the Atm's, as we were later informed by the manager that Standard bank was offline. Which mean, standard card holders were unable to swipe NOR withdraw there OWN money because of Standards banks frail technology system. Tried to withdraw cash, my card declined but later received an sms that the money was debited. Called the contact centre, was advised the money would be credited on Thursday, no funds. Was advised that the matter was escalated to a supervisor, My Gordon Mbembe.he didn't bother to call me back Nor assist. Still waiting for my funds
