One to One is definitely tarnishing the Foschini brand. They get your contact number from foschini and they call you asking you to take up their contract. Listen, what they say is very convincing and it is a good deal. However they do not disclose everything but they require you to respond there and there without giving you all the information. This is my experience with this service, and I would like to urge everyone not to take up this contract.
When you buy a new phone from MTN on contract you will not be able to get the air time that comes with the contract on you number (red flag1). the reason is that you are on this contract.
When I cancelled my contracted with them, it took 3 days for them to cancel it (red flag2). During the three days i had to call them using my own air time (red flag3). when the contracted was cancelled, my line was deactivated (red flag4). It took 1 week for my line to be reactivated, so imagine a week without a phone, what an inconvenience (red flag5) i had to call them everyday pushing them to reactivate it using my air time (red flag6). I lost all my air time when it was reactivated (red flag7). I also had to RICA my line AGAIN (redflag8)
