Employees don't understand simple english

I have a very big problem with Foschini. I recently took out a contract with my service provider Vodacom. As soon as the sim card got activated, I've been getting smses and phone calls from Foschini about my "account" being overdue. Firstly I don't have a Foschini or any TFG group account. I then phoned Foschini's customer service line to get my number removed from their data base as Vodacom advised me that this is the only thing I could do. The lady from the call centre kept on wanting to transfer me to the MTN department. the more that I tried to explain to her that I DIDN'T purchase a phone with the TFG group the less she understood. a month later and I still receive the smses for MS T Ntunja acc 6277430011010918204. Also everyday at least 3 times per day I get phone calls from a PRIVATE NUMBER just to tell your people the same thing. I am NOT Ms T Ntunja, I DON'T know her, this is NOT her number, I DON'T have an account with the TFG group, ReMOVE my number from the database. Which part of this don't you understand?? its simple ENGLISH!
