I recently applied for car finance only to notice that my ITC has a average rating due to woolworths reporting me (only found this out today. No warning) for an account I settled ages ago. What angers me more is that they didnt have the decency to warn me. My ITC even says my account is paid in full, but my credit rating is negatively effected by this.
