I entered into a contract with MTN via some possibly bogus company, One2One. I used the number, 078 713 1487 to be on that contract but I have not been able to use it for the last 9 months or so. Each time I phone them, they tell me that they do not have the number 078 713 1487, as my contract number. How that number changed, I have no idea. If I ask them what number I entered into contract with them, they do not know. So who's playing fool someone here, only One2One knows. How these guys entered into a contract as agents of MTN, it boggles one's mind. As a result of this contract, I can not even close my Foschini account. Each month, they debit the Foschini account. These must be arrested. If nothing is done, surely I will report them to the police. These guys must be bogus.
