I hope this complaint does eventually get responded to before i die, as all others have gone into a black hole at foschini.
My num was on 1 to 1 & blockd in Feb by foschini, its now more than a month later they have been requested to remove it from contract and change to prepaid, willing to pay the fine even though it was never communicated. and now its completely blocked. I have never seen such shoddy service.
I have sent emails, called & given stories. they all go into some black hole at foshcini or the call center tells you it takes 48 hours. Now 1 month & 48 hrs later & after wasting 100s of rands on ur useless call center am still with out a phone. hopefully my email or this complaint will get you to act as quickly as you did when u deceived us into getting the 1 to Nonsense contract. I am angry, frustrated and unreachable. Don't have time to be always at foschini explaining the same thing over and over again.
Pliz reactivating my line to prepaid with mtn as requested 100s of times i want nothing to do with foschin. have used this number for over 2 years and u have cost me a great deal on invaluable inconvenience.
after this if i never deal wit u it will be too soon
