I registered with Foschini for airtime special, i was reluctant to sign on at first but I was assured that it was a simple deal and a good product. I cancelled t when Foschini had contacted me only to be told I had to wait for 6 months or pay a cancellation fee.. Now that my six months is up i have cancelled and they have deactivated my line completely. I'm now told that it will take 48 hrs for me to be returned onto the MTN network, I have called MTN and they cant help me. Called one to one and they are are the most unhelpful, my phone is used for business and I am at a risk of losing my job if my number is not activated soon. I will be closing my account with Foschini and have advised all my family and friends about this big and will be warning everyone against the TFG because they are deceptive liars.
