Briefly, i signed up for a convergence contract to be added on to my existing service 2 months ago. unfortunately, the consultant made an error with the application and the entire contract had to be cancelled. i returned all the equipment given to me within 2 days of the application.

To Compound things, my voice line and ADSL service has been deactivated. I run a business, and it's truly ridiculous that i have to lose so much of business over a simple telephone service.
I sincerely urge you to please cancel the convergence contract which i never used once and for all and also to re-instate the line for which i have been paying for diligently, for may months now.
